March 15, 2025 Referendum - Not Approved
March 15, 2025 Referendum
The Smyrna School District is committed to providing a safe, high-quality education for all students and this operational referendum is essential to achieving that goal. Passage of the referendum provides the district the funds needed to recruit and retain talented teachers, enhance school safety, support current and future programs/extracurricular activities, such as high school band uniforms, clubs and sports at the new middle school, and improve instructional technology for students to keep the promise of one device for each child. Additionally, this funding will help cover rising operational costs, ensuring the district can continue to meet the needs of students and families. Investing in these priorities is crucial to maintaining and improving the educational experience for every child in our community.
Please vote on March, 15, 2025. Anyone who lives in the Smyrna School District area can vote.
The funding will support:
• Hiring and keeping talented teachers and staff
