In order to see your pay advice you will need to access the ePay site at https://eapps.erp.delaware.gov/ . You will need your employee id number. This can be found on any of your old pay advices or you can contact me by email and I will send it to you.
Once you are into the site, just click on Payroll and Compensation on the left side of the screen. You will be able to see/print your pay information up to 2 days prior to the actual pay date.
The following are step-by-step instructions for accessing the site.
To view current advice and/or live paycheck data:
- Logging in for the First Time?
- Default Password: Used when logging in the first time, only.
- Enter de$mmdd#### in Password box
Explanation of Default Password: (de$mmdd####)
de = de (for Delaware)
$ = $ (Dollar Sign Symbol on Keyboard)
mm = your birth month (Example: 04 for April birth month)
dd = your birth day (Example: 26 for the 26th day of birth month)
#### = last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
NOTE: You will be prompted to change the Default Password the first time you login to a strong Unique Personal Password.
- Logging in after changing the Default Password?
- Unique Personal Password : Used on subsequent logins.
- Enter Unique Personal Password you created in the Password box.
- Click Sign In
- Click Employee Self Service
- Click Payroll & Compensation
- Click View Paycheck
- The page displays current advice or live paycheck data.
To view a history of prior pay data:
- Click View a Different Payment, on the current pay data page.
Click the Pay Period End Date for the pay data to view.
