SMYRNA HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC BOOSTERS TO HOLD ALUMNI SPORTS ACTIVITIES HOMECOMING WEEKEND
The air is getting cooler and the high school sports season has begun. Memories of playing football, soccer, field hockey and running come back into your wishful thoughts of playing again. Well, attention all Smyrna High School or John Basset Moore High School alumni you can play football, field hockey, soccer or run with your old friends again on Saturday, November 28th!
The Smyrna High Athletic Boosters is pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring alumni sporting events on Saturday, November 28th, of this year’s Smyrna High School homecoming weekend.
If you are an alumni of Smyrna High School or John Basset Moore High School that played football, field hockey, soccer or cross country; you are invited to come and join the fun. The schedule of alumni games are as follows:
Registration fee is $20 and checks can be made payable to the SHS Athletic Boosters and mailed to 931 Boxwood Drive, Smyrna, DE 19977. Registration for a T-Shirt size must be received no later than Oct 3 rd however, the fee can be paid on the day of the event.
If you would like to volunteer instead of playing that day, please let us know, all help is welcome. All proceeds will benefit the Smyrna High School Athletic Boosters. The SHS Athletic Boosters supports all athletic programs and athletes of Smyrna High School. Come out and play or just watch your old school friends!
